The lightweight plugin “Add details to the event calendar” offers a shortcode block to individual events for The Event Calendar Free Plugin (by the MODERN TRIBE) The path of the event category (TEC) automatically shows the path to the event calendar categories when they are mounted. You can still test it by going to the event you want to verify that everything is working properly after using the shortcut.
The short code should always be one of the lines in a case (description and examples are below). The short code is also possible to be used in posts, but this can not be done in principle. In this case, you can typically not use the “vl” option because this applies to events unless you want, for example, to link to a certain category in an event contribution.
The text from the “Caption” (see media, image details) is automatically displayed in italics by default for an event or post. A copyright notice must be included in this box.
Attention
The plugin can be deleted and the shortcode remains in all posts or events. To delete shortcodes in such cases, you can use a plugin. Cleaner Lite shortcode (see wordpress.org). It is not possible to guarantee that all shortcodes will be correctly deleted.

The category must be in The Events Calendar. This is done by using a function.
